TONY RAGIN WON'T QUIT ON GEORGIA
Satoria “Tony” Ragin is a hardworking leader, proud U.S. military veteran, and lifelong Georgian with a heart to serve and a commitment to never quit on the people of District 23.
Raised on a small farm outside of Perry, Georgia, Tony learned the values of hard work, faith, and responsibility at an early age. Those lessons shaped his deep respect for community and continue to guide his leadership today. Rooted in Middle Georgia, he understands the needs of working families, farmers, and small business owners because he’s lived that life.
Tony served more than 20 years in the United States Army, where he led teams in mission planning, security operations, and crisis response. As a decorated veteran with a Top Secret (SCI) clearance, he built a career defined by discipline, accountability, and results.
He also served as a Military Liaison in a Warrior Transition Unit, working closely with wounded service members and their families to coordinate care and resources, which is an experience that deepened his commitment to supporting veterans.
Today, Tony continues his service as President of the Indian Springs Homeowners Association in Grovetown, managing budgets, overseeing infrastructure improvements, and working with local leaders to strengthen his community. Combined with his background in law enforcement and a degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, he brings real-world experience in public safety, infrastructure, and leadership.

He understands the challenges facing the region. This includes supporting local schools and small businesses, strengthening infrastructure, protecting agriculture, and expanding access to healthcare. Too many communities across the district have been overlooked, and Tony is committed to making sure every county is heard and represented.
